Yes, we provide a six-month engine warranty and a general bike warranty. These warranties are valid as long as there is no tampering with the motorbike.

Tampering includes any modifications, disassembling, or non-approved installations on the engine or bike’s structural components. Using improper fuel or altering the bike’s original paintwork also counts as tampering.

Payment

We provide flexible payment options, including a layaway plan where you can make manageable weekly or fortnightly payments. You can choose the option that best fits your budget.

Our layaway plan allows you to secure your desired motorcycle with a 50% down payment. The remaining balance is paid in weekly or fortnightly installments. You can collect the motorcycle once the full payment is completed.

Yes, if you decide to cancel before collecting the motorcycle, we will refund 90% of your down payment, retaining 10% as a processing fee.

Late payments will incur a fee of 50% of the missed payment period. If you default on the layaway plan, Galaxy Riders reserves the right to cancel the agreement and retain all payments made up to that point.
